The visuals comes from the 1964 movie "Band Of Outsiders," directed by Jean Luc-Godard and the dancing fits well with a sound that's a mix of Iggy Pop and David Bowie. When I first drove in 1972, I headed for the Jersey shore using Route 9. I craved the old route at 18, the car radio blasted, all windows rolled down. "The Biba Crowd," seamlessly would fit into that song rotation. Great tune.
